6. Limitation of Liability
DropifyBiz is not responsible for:
- Loss of income or sales due to delays or third-party failures (e.g., courier, payment gateway, ad platform)
- Platform changes or account suspensions (e.g., Shopify, Facebook Ads)
- Client errors, including incorrect product uploads or campaign settings
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared with DropifyBiz is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except as required by law or for fulfilling your services (e.g., sourcing, fulfillment).
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any client project without notice in cases of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Use of abusive language or harassment
- Failure to pay
- Fraud or illegal activity
Upon termination, any remaining balance or completed work may be retained by DropifyBiz.
9. Modifications to Terms
DropifyBiz reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
